Well the waves are beginning to break over the leaking carcass of the bird place so sorry folks but you’ll have to put up with my #sourdough pics here - this one was at the unpromising blob stage at 5am. (Is there a sourdough community here?)

@RoryCJ Ex-sourdough here (need to get back to this but lately i eat less gluten so it defeats the whole point) - did you have to wake up so early because of growth schedule? :D I hate when this happens.
@RoryCJ Mine *always* look like that. A cob loaf is out of the question; it pancakes. But i just use loaf tins – the bread is fine.
@RoryCJ If there isn't one, we can be the founders. Do you name your sourdough starters? Mine were called River Song and The Doctor.
