I wanted a little waste paper bin for my room but, instead, spotted this little bucket for 50p at the Swansea Cats & Kittens charity shop this afternoon. It's only 13cm tall, but perfect for collecting up the tiny paper offcuts from my bookmaking adventures 😊

(that's my little books I'm talking about, I've not opened a gambling syndicate)

A small metal bucket is placed on a blue carpet just to the side of a wooden magazine rack which has been repainted in two-tone yellows. The outside of the bucket is printed with a Easter-themed montage of white cravat-wearing rabbits, painted eggs and flowers. It's underlying colour is a similar shade of yellow to the darker one on the magazine rack, but it does still look a little muted compared to the vivid yellow of my skirting boards. I like yellow!
