My 2nd waycheck prior to the forthcoming launch of the Teifi Valley Trail - Lechryd to St Dogmaels. I challenge anyone to find a more scenic and interesting route anywhere along the Trail. Gorgeous riverside walking through a deep cut ravine, Cilgerran castle, Teifi Marshes nature reserve and the ancient site of St Dogmaels abbey.

@paulwi I wouldn’t fancy doing it by bike. The route is quite narrow is places and there are a number of steps up and down. It’s definitely worth walking though!
