@emsl It's reassuring about the vibration, if it's just resonance I won’t worry about it. The machine is on a steel sheet on a piece of MDF and seems pretty solid and flat. I'm tending towards it being something weird with this curve though, but no idea what it could be. It’s one of the two inner curves on the left hand shape (file in linked url). I've got optimisation set to minimum and speed at 30. Should also try discord of course but I deleted my account last year
