The Pork Belly Cubano at Wright's Food in Llanarthne is a thing of beauty. The Pecan and Treacle tart isn't bad either.

It's the last Thursday of the month so it must be time for the Oasis Supper Club.

So my neighbour, Del, makes a pretty mean Bakewell tart and it would appear that all I have to do is give him my excess red gooseberry harvest in order to get one! Yay!

Last night we went to Tomiño Taberna Gallega, a Gallician tapas restaurant just off New York's famed Mulberry St. The food was simply stunning. Now added to my ever growing list of places to go back to in NYC. (1/2)
