@omgubuntu That looks like a screen editor, not a line editor. Is CLI the right way to describe it?
@jtb I'll be honest: I don't really know the difference! To me, a tool that can only be used from the command-line is a command-line tool, as Edit is, and as it's a text editor, I'd describe it as a "command-line text editor" — but I appreciate I may be alone in that! Edit's TUI does works with a mouse, but it's also perfectly happy with a keyboard only.
@omgubuntu There is a line editor called Ed, available on Debian. They used to be able to work on printer terminals! :)
