Do we think something that has this in the install guide
"The software has been extensively developed and tested with the RPi 4B. We advise users to select the RPi 4B or a device featuring similar specifications."
will run on a Pi 3? let's find out..
btw if any of you are interested, I'm trying to get this software to work
https://acoupi.github.io/acoupi/
It should be able to detect and classify infrasonic calls (eg species of bats, small mammals) and send a message with what species has been heard.
It should also be able to send a message to an http server, which is what I would like to then post to mastodon (and eventually, send an email as I have a big plan for this if I can get it all working easily)
@sarahdal How cool is this!
@mightyriot if I can get it to work! I've left it out in the snow which may have been a mistake
@sarahdal Fingers crossed!
