Guy I used to work with that was a top shelf worker was having family issues and his performance indeed suffered but he was still above dept average

Instead of offering him time to rejuice or schedule adjustment they PIPed him

Ultimately they fired him anyway

@multiverseofbadness Best way to deal with corporate, is to stop buying their products. Get your friends on board if possible. Good luck, CEO means just another Oligarch in training.
