A web calendar all in #Welsh? I am looking for translators! The open-web-calendar can be embedded into websites, is highly customisable and lacks a Welsh #translation.
If you can help out, please get in touch! For a #free and #open #source project, I would like to ensure a low threshold for contribution and support a diverse user group. It can be your project, too ...
Use it: https://open-web-calendar.hosted.quelltext.eu
Translate it: https://hosted.weblate.org/engage/open-web-calendar

@niccokunzmann I've registered with the site to help out with the Welsh translation. Not sure what to do now.
@siaronj Sorry I saw it this late! You think, you found your way and translated the calendar. Thanks a lot! (Your account name looks similar to one of the translators')
@niccokunzmann Yes, I figured it out enough to put some translations in, and hope I did that right. TBH there were a couple I wasn't sure of (where the computer usage term may vary from the general usage term - it does happen sometimes), so another translator is more than welcome to edit anything :-)
@siaronj I do not speak Welsh and it looks ok to me. I see that the short days are still missing like "Mo" for Monday. I do not know how to properly shorten them, so I hope someone who is not me will have a look.
@niccokunzmann I wasn't sure - we don't really shorten them in the same style as in English, but I'll see what I can find (I'm 2nd language Welsh, so sometimes things like that trip me up!)
@siaronj I saw it. Thanks! Imperfection allows people to step up and join. It is in that sense better than perfection. So if anyone thinks they can improve the software, I hope they have an easy time and make it theirs, too.
