Started to harvest some of the Honeynut squash that says is ready to go. He especially wanted to try this variety which is new to us because it has "Honey" in it's name. Looks like we'll have plenty for the autumn and winter...😀

How long do you store before ready to cook / eat?

@CLMilne They're ready for cooking right away. If stored in a cool, dark, dry place they with hold for months. Last year we ate the last one in March so that's about 6 months.😀
