The second planting of corn went in to the ground this morning, exactly 2 weeks after the first planting went in. BeetBear helped dig the holes and set the pots into place so I could do the actual planting and watering. Variety of corn is "Flagler"

When we got all of the second planting of corn in the ground, BeetBear picked up all the pots and hitched a ride back to the potting area in the cart. We are now ready to plant the seeds for the third set of corn, which we will do later today.

@richrollgardener @gardening aha, the picture gives me an idea that perhaps #BeetBear, or someone similar, could deter the rabbits from eating the young tender growths.
@gecole @gardening I used to have an "outdoor" cat named Dixie that did that job, but sadly she came to the end of her days about a year ago.
