Dear fellow inhabitants of the islands of Britain and Ireland,
I have absolutely no scientific data to back this up, but given how dreary this summer has been, it might be worth thinking about taking Vitamin D supplements before autumn / winter hits. We tend to be low on Vitamin D at the best of times, and the lack of sunshine in many places this summer means that we're probably not in one of the better times.
Love,
Me, who is not a doctor nor do I play one on the internets x
@sheepnik It's beginning to feel like another 2016 when the UK had a 10% spike in adult asthma cases due to subaverage hours of sunligt.
At least my gills are developing nicely.
@sheepnik
After being diagnosed with a deficiency previously, I take vit D over the winter. The current weather has made me think of taking some now, too.
FWIW I do recall reading the following article ref vit D/vit K, though I have no thought on the the upshot of such investigations.
