How have I never been up mountain in 43 years of living in ?

On a grassy slope at the top of Bwlch mountain is a rock face on which someone has painted a shield with a white border, green background and red dragon. Above in capitals are the painted words "Cymry am Byth" (Wales forever) and below the shield Croeso-ir-Gymoedd which is also written in English underneath "Welcome to the Valleys"

@simonhiscocks How can I be it's been "too much time" I am in Wales and I still NOT had a PROPER "Welsh Breakfast" with Laverbread ! EVERY time I asked around everyone talks me about "cockles and bacon and laverbread" but NO ONE SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO MAKE IT !! I haven't found ONE place that says "YES we do it !".

@simonhiscocks I tired once to cook it myself .. almost puked the stuff out ( is it MUD FROM THE SEA ???!!!) .. then I tried with A LOT of garlic and A LOT of chillies .. was "okeish" but still "a strange SLIME" ..
