#BoreDa bawb. O'n i wedi cael y radio-cloc 'ma am fwy 'na tri deg mlynedd. Ond, nawr, mae o'n dechrau rhoi'r ffidil yn y to.
Dyn ni'n mynd i'r siopa, wedyn, dwi dal angen gwneud fy gwaith cartref, a gweithio ar diorama.
#GoodMorning everyone. I've had this clock radio for more than thirty years. But, now, it's starting to give up.
We're going shopping, then I still need to do my homework, and work on a diorama.
@suearcher And there was me thinking so that's what time looks like in Welsh.
Nah, Welsh may have a different alphabet, but the numbers are the same....
@suearcher @inpc
It's just that some of them get repeated
@suearcher perhaps it is mis-prounouncing the three, with an upside-down F. "Seven firthy-five"
@tormodh I hadn't thought of that....!
@suearcher
Good morning
Shame about the clock. If the display is LED and not vacuum fluorescent, you might be able to find someone to replace them.
I figure after more than 30 years (and now on it's 7th bedside), I can live with one missing segment. I can still tell what it should be.
I bet if I got a new one now, it wouldn't last that long.
@suearcher
Probably not!
30 years is a good age for LEDs
We just rely on our phones these days.
I like a backup that I can see in the middle of the night without lighting up the whole room with my phone. I do use my phone for my alarm, so that I can leave it set for the two days a week I need it. Although I usually wake before it anyway now.
