The following set, with a barbell, three times:
Bicep curl, 20kg x10
Sumo squats, 40kg x10
One arm row, 30kg x10
Deadlift, 35kg x10
Overhead press, 22.5kg x10
Today was a Triple Tuesday.
1) I woke up feeling normal (well my version of it) after a few days of feeling unwell.
2) I deferred the current module of my Uni course after much deliberation as I was getting nowhere due to being unable to concentrate for many reasons.
3) I went back on my diet, which I abandoned back in Portugal in March. It's been an indulgent few weeks but enough is enough.
#tbt to the last restaurant outing. Seems like a decade ago.

Actual: some weekend warriors performing mandatory volunteer duty cleaning schools while a few places of worship are closed for a fortnight.
