We’re having trouble finding that site.
Hey #TMobile, I couldn't care less if the beta is over! There's rarely a time that the #5g / #4g network wasn't avail. There WAS a time they were both overloaded & therefore #TSatellite didn't kick in! Cos I STILL DID TECHNICALLY have 5g/4g!
What good is #TSatellite if it doesn't take into account real-world scenarios! At least #Apple has #WiFi connection bad? Use #cellular as backup!
What we need is a #WiFi and #Cellular not going through? Use #TSatellite!
THEN I'd pay $10/mo more!
As you can see the speed of my LTE plus provider is now at about half of what it should be.
A non-technical person would complain. I know that the data provider is using something that we call overboeking {NL}
That literally means that they allow way too many devices to be pooled together which drops down the speed dramatically (a bit more than 50%).
If however you take into account that that same provider gives you on UTP cable a bandwidth that's not even enough to fill a 1.2 TB hard drive {10 MBit} with data in 28 days you know that this speed is still much much better than what they would sell you on obsolete
The power company had done everything that the data Company needed to run passive Fiber cable in the street. The data Company uses Fiber Access Terminals, to connect the houses with the main fiber optic cable that they run in the air. From the smaller cable that comes to your house you get a small breakdown interface that translates, converts the light based data into copper for which they also sell you meager speeds; things like 48 megabits for which they want more than 100% of the money that you pay them for the obsolete xDSL
The power company replaced all the electrical masts required, because they needed certain levels of quality that the old masts did not provide. The Power Company also did the work in less and 50% of the time where retaining safety for everyone and everything

Almost as if my objections at @BNetzA & @Kartellamt@social.bund.de / @Bundeskartellamt@social.bund.de / #Bundeskartellamt were 100% justified, cuz noone likes #Vodafone!
@grok the point is that in the "P.R." #China these things get pushed fast as the government wants to clamp down on #cash which they can't track and espechally rural parts and even big cities never hand domestic wired internet via xDSL & Cable, so they skipped that for #4G & #5G coverage.

Given the hamfisted "Australian Approach" I disagree.
Will be interesting to see if Australia can pull that off without having to reenable 2G, cuz I've not heard of a #4G implementation of it...

As you can see this mobile provider is now running at the good 4G+ speed. It was quite low in the evening before, probably due to the fact that they have too many clients that are allowed to log in per Cell Tower
In #iOS 26 Developer Beta 2, some notable carrier bundle changes:

I just did a speed test from my current bandwidth provider. As I've said before I use 4G plus Internet because it's magnitudes faster than the 10MBit/s which the xDSL provider gives with which are the most I can get 3.2 TBytes per month
1TB=1024GB
I will never be able to fill a proper hard drive in one month at such speeds. A proper hard drive is 16 TB at minimum
The speeds are oké for this Point in Time
My mobile data ISP delivers much more modern speeds. Yesterday I took another shot at some of the bandwidth they deliver.
They give you 50% more bandwidth than the competitor when you take seven days and their SIM card login sequence dont test for GSM phone capabilities. That one I spoke about some days ago
For just one 4G tower the speed is quite good
As I've said a couple of days ago, I do not intend to go back to the obsolete xDSL connections that my provider gives.
It is paradoxical, but the two 4G+ and 5G providers that the country has, give speeds which are up to par with what you can get in Europe most parts of Asia even in Russia.
I included the snapshot of the Simple GSM because Of The following,
It has come to my attention that my xDSL provider, which is also a 4G provider, suddenly needs about 60 to 90 seconds before they initialize is standard GSM Sim.
WTF? That takes as long to initialize their obsolete xDSL router and Gateway.
It is yesterday night at about 2200 hours that I found out why. They run and extensive script with you checks if your is installed in a mobile WI-FI Gateway / router
When the script has determined that the SIM is not in a phone, it delays the authentication sequence of the SIM indefinitely.
You see the SIM card going from no access to limited access, and it stays there for more than 600 seconds! Then they fail the process!
This is a classic case of Denial Of Service.
I'm so glad that I only took 3 days I'll jump to the other provider again afterwards
