Editor<p><strong>Milford Haven man jailed after e-scooter crash reveals £15k drug stash</strong></p><p><strong>Justin Cadwell, 29</strong>, appeared at <strong>Swansea Crown Court</strong> on <strong>24 July</strong>, where he was sentenced for multiple drug offences and possession of criminal property. He also received a <strong>two-year driving ban</strong> for failing to provide a blood sample.</p><p>The charges stem from a collision at <strong>Hakin Point</strong> on <strong>1 March</strong>, when Cadwell and another rider were found unconscious next to an e-scooter. While waiting for paramedics, officers spotted a bag of herbal cannabis hanging from Cadwell’s coat. As paramedics cut open the coat, they inadvertently sliced into a concealed bag of white powder. A second bag of powder and <strong>£570 in cash</strong> were also recovered.</p><p>The powder was confirmed to be <strong>cocaine</strong>, with a street value estimated between <strong>£7,080 and £9,200</strong>. Cadwell was charged with possession of cocaine and cannabis with intent to supply.</p><p>At the time of the crash, Cadwell was already under investigation following a <strong>stop check in Hampshire in August 2024</strong>, where officers found large quantities of <strong>nitrous oxide, cocaine, cannabis and ketamine</strong> in his vehicle. He claimed the substances were for personal use.</p><p>A subsequent search of his home in <strong>Observatory Avenue, Milford Haven</strong>, uncovered further drugs, cutting agents and <strong>over £25,000 in cash</strong>. The additional haul had an estimated street value of <strong>£5,031 to £6,191</strong>.</p><p><strong>Detective Sergeant Vinny Barrett, Dyfed-Powys Police</strong>, said:</p><blockquote><p>“This was a very thorough investigation by our officers, who were proactive in stopping Cadwell’s vehicle out of the force area, and conducted a subsequent search of his home in Pembrokeshire. Steve's Place<p>I just noticed that a small growth on my shoulder, an acquaintance of several years now, completely disappeared. Gone. Bye-bye. Not a trace. Thank you, CBD with CBG. Or rice. Or refired beans. I'm going down the list of what I've changed in my lifestyle, but the only one likely to have assisted my immune system to this extent came in jars of gummies.</p><p>It's not there anymore. It disappeared in a matter of days. It was definitely there 3 days ago. I'm gobsmacked.</p><p>Not suggesting anyone change any treatments, or avoid them. Not a doctor. Heck, I'm not even the quack at the DHHS. Completely anecdotal. Might not apply to you.</p><p>I almost jumped up-and-down in the shower. Glad I didn't. House Panther :verified_paw:<p>Last night I had a THC gummy and it was years since I had done this. My girlfriend and I did it together. It was something she recommended called Delta9 which apparently has both THC-a and THC-p in it. The experience was amazingly intense. I could feel my muscles relax and my typical low level of anxiety vanish. I felt so wonderfully relieved and even reconnected to my girlfriend. </p><p>I even feel better going into today but a little dopey and medicine-headed. To be honest though, it’s nothing a good strong Dunkin cold brew wouldn’t cure. I still feel really good and my anxiety has been reduced to the mere background, just a dull forgettable noise.
