It’s been a rough few weeks.

*gestures awkwardly* because yeah, not much to say other than, “AHHHHHHHH!!”

Feeling pretty isolated in this world of mine, but on the flip side, I decided to do something funky with my furniture.

I just learned about #InCoWriMo and I think it’s exactly what I need. I’ve gotten out of the habit of letter writing and would like to make it a regular part of my life again.

I haven’t written letters in way too long. I found, of course, the longer I waited the more pressure there was. It’s been months, this better be an epic letter!

So today I sat down, wrote a short note saying hello and let’s get back to corresponding. I put a wax seal on it and some cool stickers and even the stamp matched the stationary. It felt so good. Hopefully I can get caught up with all the pen pals I’ve neglected.

A new low in my penpal attempts. I had received letters from new penpals last year and excitedly took them with me on my travels so I could write them fun postcards. Came home and could find absolutely no trace of the letters (and the addresses I'd failed to otherwise save). My mom texts me a bit ago with "did you leave a stack of personal mail here?"

To my penpals, I really hope you are at the same addresses. Get ready for some EXTREMELY BELATED replies.
