David Todd McCarty<p>Cook the meat on a hot griddle or pan. As it cooks, chop it up with a spatula. If you like onions, cook them as well. When the meat is cooked, you lay on the cheese and top it all with the split roll. This way the meat steams the bread and the cheese melts into the meat. Perfection.
