Just about to watch England Women v Spain Women. This week, it's rugby union and a 2025 World Cup warm-up.
The result is almost certainly beyond doubt, but it would be nice if Spain could get some points on the board.

Is #StanSports literally just some bloke called Stan, the brain damaged consanguineous product of a marriage even Norfolk people would shy away from? Because within ten seconds he's called the teams in this match The #LosPumas and #RedRoses. While the Red Roses could no doubt wrestle pumas and eat them for a breakfast snack, THE RED ROSES AREN'T PLAYING and even I, without a single Spanish lesson ever, know that it's either Los Pumas or The Pumas, never The Los Pumas.

Japan vs Wales rugby union
It was great to see the highlights for the Rugby Africa Cup World Cup Qualifiers.
I can remember Côte d'Ivoire/Ivory Coast playing in South Africa 1995, but they're nowhere now.
No disrespect to Namibia, but hopefully we can see a new qualifier - and I hope I don't jinx it now, but that Zimbabwe can win the competition again, and so make a return to a World Cup.
If we get to make it to 2027.
