@gedeonm I’m gonna give them just one more try. My first order were a bit overcooked. I suppose insides were okay but exterior was dark and a smidge crispier than I felt they should be.

Tried the new chicken nuggets from #TacoBell. Expected them to be dried out little salt bombs like McD’s awful “new and improved” chicken strips and am super pleasantly surprised.

They are flavorful, juicy and super tender. They decidedly do NOT taste overly salty. I’m sure I don’t wanna know how much sodium they have but I taste more chicken than salt.

Got the jalapeño honey mustard dipping and I would most definitely get them again. Recommend to give them a try.

Yesterday I went to Taco Bell, as mom was craving it.

I hadn't been there since they charged me a donation without asking me.

This time, I decided to go in, instead of using the drive thru.

I walked in behind an employee, who didn't acknowledge me or even offer to hold the door. Not a huge deal.

As I was at the counter waiting, not a single person came up to take my order. I could tell there were at least three people working at the time. No one was at the drive thru, and it's not clear what they were doing.

I ended up having to use the self-service kiosk to take my order. It's funny, I just used one of these for the first time about a week ago at another place. It makes ordering a little easier, and you can customize and pay for everything.

Come to find out, Taco Bell is selling chicken nuggets again-- something I liked when they offered it briefly before.

Anyway, customer service is

I can totally see how and why automation will replace people someday.
