Sooooo weird. There has been 0 days confined to bed.<br>Did a 3km walk earlier. Yeah, not a huge amount for most ppl but I had The Dread when only walking 100m-ish to the services for water. I've even done the chores (empty loo, fill fresh water, empty waste water) on top of the walk &amp; I'm not flahed out on the bed trying to recover.</p><p>My mind is blown 🤯</p>
