What’s in the pan?
Well, at home I made an easy chicken bake/casserole thing.

On the bottom: Bisquick biscuit dough (or a can of pillsbury buttermilk biscuits) drenched in red enchilada sauce. Then about 2 cups of cooked, cubed chicken. Then just toss in some diced bell peppers, olives, and cheddar cheese.

At camp, warming it up in the pan was awesome because it made the biscuit layer crispy 😋
