hello fedi, a friend of mine needs some tips / advice for one of his cats
cat was a rescue, was kept in a small cage for an unknown amount of time, so literally the only excitement he had was food. like, basic food. he doesn't know what a churu is. he won't eat them
as a result he is very food focused, to the point he is gaining weight and not letting the other cat eat anything (so she is losing weight)
they already measure out food at specific times of the day (and got a timer feeder) but when he wants food he will scream nonstop until someone gives him something. ignoring him doesn't work, he is a very persistent boy. he loves snuggles and playtime but when he wants food He Wants Food.
they are looking into an RFID tag feeder to help ensure the cats are getting the proper amount of food, but they're afraid he's gonna figure out how to break it or otherwise cause mischief.
what else can they try to help get this boy to settle down a bit about food?

Hapsun lempilintu on pulu.
