Very pretty scene.
I’m only familiar with the Belted Galloway cattle from Scotland. There are some of the Galloway (belted and not) here in Iowa. The article points out that some of the Austrian and Swiss genetics that produced the Lakenvelder probably reached Scotland also and produced the belted version of the Galloway.

Dragonflies are used to control flies irritating cows. No chemicals, just provided habitat for the dragonflies.
Smart. Simple. Natural.
