It felt challenging as is.</p><p>Since we have only 1 GHD and we were with two, we were instructed to do 1 round GHD, 2 rounds V-Ups - which I suck at, so it was sortof V-Ups but more like tuck-ups. In its web that it spun at the top of Bag 1. My usual bag.</p><p>I pointed it out to Coach Criz and the owner Coach Tom. Coach Tom went to the office. Coach Criz went and got a broom. He swept the spider way. Then Coach Tom returns with a mug. He was going to scoop the spider into the mug. But it's been murdered by Coach Criz already. Okay okay, not murdered. Just swept off and half dead. 😄</p>
