Other bots typically gave up after crawling tens of thousands of pages of bulshit. Naturally, my robots.txt informs not to crawl the tarpit ...

Their carnivorous plant collection was impressive, especially the nepenthes. Some of the pitchers were bigger than my hand

@Mojeek I'm assuming #MojeekBot (and all the other good ones) follow robots.txt? So if I deploy #nepenthes to a bunch of surprising URLs but block off those URLs in robots.txt, it should keep well-behaved bots safe while trapping the evil ones?

It's one thing I wanted to check before deploying something like this
