Decided to make wild blackberry jam.
Didn't snap a picture if picking the blackberries. We were too busy eating them fresh and then when we decided to pick some for jamming we filled our hands and had no ability to take a picture
We put the small bit we made into a used but clean glass container. It's chilling in the fridge now. We didnt make enough to can properly, but we'll have a nice bit of jam on our toast tomorrow morning.
(We used granulated sugar here. But you can also use local honey or even no added sweetener at all.)
