27/30 for my photo-a-day in April

I took a friend round the local Quaker Trail and we visited the various historic Quaker sites. It was a beautiful day, sunny but not too hot. The trees are all coming into leaf and there is blossom and wild flowers everywhere.

We also saw these splendid rams. Total distance was 7.5 miles. I am now tired and a bit achy. Getting old means slower recovery time so I'll have a restful day tomorrow.

Two Welsh rams are grazing in a field of rough grasses. The ram on the left is looking straight at the camera. The one on the right has its head lowered, but has one eye on the photographer. Both rams have splendid curly horns. Behind the sheep the trees are just coming into leaf.
