@JdeBP Chuckling... I've also earned the ire of B&Q people before....
I'm one of those other customers who is annoyed when I find an opened box on the shelf from which someone has nicked most or all of the contents. Today's task was in fact inspired by an empty box for a magnetic tool holder that I encountered in the middle of a #Lidl yesterday.
@JdeBP Mine was finding an unmarked box after not finding the size of srcews I needed so had to check in unmarked box - and ureka moment ruined by being told off for opening said unmarked box (which I subsequently bought) It probably had less of the screw numbers than originally in there but I need that size! I smiled sweetly at staff member and asked for said box to be priced as I wanted it.
