Just had a quick game of Qwinto, a dice game, that I liked much better. You have to fill up your columns in ascending order without having any duplicates either horizontally or diagonally. You can roll 1, 2 or 3 dice of any of the 3 colours and add the total to the columns of the colours you used. You get bonus points for filling columns and minus points for not being able to out a number down. Tactical and fun and pretty short.
