Kevin is very excitedly (and a little nervously) looking at a clock that's been brought in.
The clock is from about the 1930s.

The two boys at the back are both struggling with CD and DVD players!
We can never guarantee how long a repair will take. Sometimes it turns out to be a 5 minute job but sometimes it's a multi-hour project and that's when our wait times creep up.
