Is it possible to have translation on Toot.Wales? Maybe it's already there, but I can't see how to enable it. Thanks for any help. @jaz

@RHD @tridral we have two options, but neither include Cymraeg and both would add cost. It also requires that the the toot language is correctly set when posting.

@jaz @RHD @tridral Some upvotes for Welsh at github.com/argosopentech/argos could see it trickle into LibreTranslate. If they need corpora, they just need to ask.
