Q3: Tools are continually evolving - what are some of the oldest tools or techniques you use and what are the newest?

The pliers, it's what has always been used, all the way back to when chainmaille was crafted for armour by ancient civilisations. And many of the weaves are old too, including Byzantine, and Persian weave, Japanese and the Norse Helms weave.
