They did put out a statement that, whilst happy to pay fines as a result of wearing it, they were not willing to risk Welsh players being booked or 'forced to leave the field of play' however. FIFA is clearly strong-arming FAs and should thus take the brunt of criticism IMHO.</p>
NickAnstead<p>This is frankly bizarre and wrong on so many levels.
