Andreas Wiedenhoff<p>Railcar Nr. 5 of the St.&nbsp;Gallen-Gais-Appenzell-Bahn <a href="https://rail.chat/tags/SGA" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>SGA</span></a> was preparing for a charter run when I photographed it at <a href="https://rail.chat/tags/Gais" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Gais</span></a>🇨🇭in May 2009. The vehicle, nicknamed “Föfi” (“fiver”) by Swiss railfans, was built in 1930. The two carriages in tow date back to 1904: they are 120 years old.</p>
