NeeAnah<p>I got to hear someone speak on their recovery story today. They mentioned something I am learning to put into practice and that is Mettā lovingkindness. <br>It's a blessing to hear the universe confirm that I'm on the right path. </p><p>I got hugs from all the women I love and admire. </p><p>The sky is blue today! The air quality is back to normal. I can breathe! S t a c i e<p>I spoke with someone Friday evening about her trauma coping skills and have been using one of her tips to thank my anxiety. She said it seems counterintuitive but works. Both apologized for being distant and both told me they’ve been struggling.</p><p>They were the first friends I made when I moved here in 1993. I’m sad that they are also both struggling. The 3 of us spent a lot of time together in our younger years. Good times.</p><p>You never know what someone is dealing with. Be kind.
