Civil Service that is merit-based, ethics-bound, and interested only in enforcing the law without fear or favoritism (the dreaded deep state, lol).<br>2. Strong Antitrust enforcement <br>3. Strong Consumer &amp; Environment Protection <br>4. Very Progressive Income Tax (opposite of flat tax)<br>5. Strong Labor Unions &amp; Minimum Wage<br>6. Social Security &amp; public healthcare<br>7. But Islamophobia overlaps with both nativism and authoritarianism. So: people who fear immigration and want strict laws/harsh enforcement 𝘢𝘭𝘴𝘰 tend to reject Islam, but not for religious reasons.</p>
Aaron<p>These populist movements are easily subverted by the wealthy and manipulated into targeting outgroups within the population instead of those who created the problem. The greater the hatred and bigotry, the better the situation becomes at distracting from the root cause.
