Marcus Jenkins<p>After reading Chris van Tulleken's book I'm really "off" ultra-processed food - which is most of the shit they sell in supermarkets, TBH.</p><p>Another factor helping me clean up my act is the air fryer - in itself a fantastic energy and time-saving invention. However, try cooking something like frozen chicken nuggets a few times without cleaning the pan.
