Maja T. ist nicht-binär, wurde trotz einer gegenteiligen Eilentscheidung des Bundesverfassungsgerichts im Juni 2024 nach Ungarn ausgeliefert und befindet sich seit fast einem Jahr faktisch in Isolationshaft in Budapest. Aufgrund der unmenschlichen Haftbedingungen hat sich T. seit dem 5. Juni in den Hungerstreik begeben. Heute soll im Verfahren über den Antrag auf Überstellung in Hausarrest entschieden werden.
