That would be interesting - if SNP and PC MPs refused to take their seats at WM. It could send a powerful message, especially if such MPs formed a "balance of power" in a no-majority HoC.
The one thing to be careful of is "cutting off your nose to spite your face" though
@Henrysbridge @MadeyeTheCarnaptious ha. PC has just sent a representative to the Lords. She's excited to be there.
@CloudyMrs @MadeyeTheCarnaptious
True. The former leader of PC (Dafydd Wigley) is also there.
I don't approve of the way the HoL is constituted, though I feel a second house is important to "moderate" the HoC.
Here's an article about this:

There seems to be an extra dimension causing controversy here in the voting by PC members for this nomination.
Better to follow the SNP example, I think, though I can understand the desire for PC to have representation.
@Henrysbridge @MadeyeTheCarnaptious how much moderation have they done recently?
@CloudyMrs @MadeyeTheCarnaptious
Not so much lately - a little slowing down of some of the more toxic stuff (Rwanda etc).
I guess I'm talking more in principle.
I stress again, I do not approve of or support the current way the HoL is structured. I can think of lots of options to replace it (one to exclude is simply a repeat of the HoC )
