@druid I'd like us to stick as near to Solar time as we can, that way we will mirror the world we evolved in. The idea of Daylight saving was to maximise profits of factory bosses, and those who funded them.
Standard times for time zones seems sensible to me. So I think UK should stick to GMT. Offices can change their hours if they want to.
