I made Viennese biscuits! Never made them before. They’re not Viennese Swirls because the silicone piping bag exploded the moment I tried to use it. The smaller fabric one (too small for the pastry star tip) for the filling worked fine though and was quite fun. So, I’ll get a fabric one for the larger ones next time. Now in the fridge to see if they do the texture thing I love.
