For anyone interested in geology, I recommend a visit to the #GeoMôn Geopark visitor centre in #Amlwch. It's tiny but the people there are very knowledgeable and they have a good range of books and leaflets etc.

@druid agreed. I've got Involved with them last year. Great bunch of enthusiastic and welcoming people...knowledgeable, as you say. And they recently got their UNESCO global Geopark status renewed - all the more remarkable because they are the only volunteer-based one, I think.
