Well....it arrived early. So far, so good! #UbuntuTouch

My initial response is: brilliant. The phone is great (kudos to #Fairphone), and the software works perfectly. Nice app store. Sim card worked flawlessly. Wifi connected immediately. I am very happy. Hope to have time in the next week or two to write a proper blog post about the (potential) importance of #MobileLinux in keeping kids safe(r) when using mobile phones @ubports

@davidoclubb @ubports this makes me think I could give my Fairphone 2 with Ubuntu Touch to my little niece as a first phone. the functions are a bit limited but that's the point here. but still I'll ask her parents first
