When I found your old post on earthworms the other day, I liked it for the poetry but I wasn't thinking much about biology. I've since remembered Charles Darwin's voice on the matter.

You probably already know about his book on the earthworm? It's Darwin's last book, published in 1881. One way or the other, it's a treasure.
