It's Passover, so it's time to pull out my mom's recipe for fried matzoh. Mom was not a notable cook, but I always use her recipe for this dish, minus the sugar. The cinnamon comes from Penzeys, of course.

This year for #pesach, I've picked a theme song for each night of the 7 (or maybe 8) day holiday, very loosely riffing o. my feelings of rather day or what I'm hoping for today. most will not be "Jewish" persay but rather just songs that resonate with the holiday and the flow of the season.

Last night for the first time in many years I went to someone else's #Passover #Seder (necessitated by staying behind when my wife and son went to visit Daughter # 2).
