More from this hut creation.
The rooftop lookout was left removable, the ladder either provides access or is just leaning against the hut.
The door, like on all my hut kits, opens on a hinge. Ork for scale.

The Mothman!
Pre-ordered it the moment I knew I could. I love cryptids and Mothman is native to my home state.
As tempted as I am to start this now ... I'm already building the Bride for Halloween, so I'll (try to) wait.
More angles of the Messerschmitt Bf 109.
The fire was created with 3 layers of cotton; the first dyed red, that was covered with a layer of orange, and then a layer of grey.
Leaving gaps or thin areas in each layer lets the lower colour show through and gives the final impression of the fire glowing through the smoke.
All engines installed, starting with the decals.
You don't really get how big those walkers are until you see one on a foggy day.
Completed both bombs and attached them to the wings. #archive #papercraft #Spitfire #scalemodel #histscalemodels
More angles of this Trench diorama.
A partially filled sandbag, broken footboard and even the coffee rings next to the radio, all tell a little part of the story of this corner of a trench.
My #hobby workspace is finally reorganized, so I can get back to building. I'll be starting work on the X-Plus Bride of Frankenstein model kit soon for a Halloween Group Build.
Preparing the 3D printed landing gear storage. Putty and sanding will follow here.
Didn't get it all done this weekend. Wanted to get the fuselage halves together, but I made a lot of progress.
The ruler is in millimetres.

More of the HAW-206 Prototype.
As with all the vehicles in my army/collection, I did add battle-damage. With the reclaimed/repaired nature of my army's background, a little wear'n'tear is expected.
However, the tank is fully operational and now includes a reprogrammed Necron scarab for ongoing repairs.
More angles of this angular Quake Fiend.
This model also got a printed 2D floor texture for a base.
Started building bombs. #archive #papercraft #Spitfire #scalemodel #histscalemodels
Attached the mounting points to the wings and added a few more details. #archive #papercraft #Spitfire #scalemodel #histscalemodels

Some more of the repaired Spitfire model.
In re-painting the model I stuck to the same colours and patterns, however the original transfers could not be saved, and so I had to freehand all the markings as well.
Finished the remaining blades and attached it all to the propeller hub. #archive #papercraft #Spitfire #scalemodel #histscalemodels
The first propeller blade. There's a bit of an internal structure to give it the shape. #archive #papercraft #Spitfire #scalemodel #histscalemodels
Next up is the propeller, starting with the propeller hub. #archive #papercraft #Spitfire #scalemodel #histscalemodels
