Afternoon, Twters.

Having been somewhat disillusioned by lately, I've decided to make the switch to and it turns out it's really easy to transfer all your playlists etc. Took like 5 minutes. If you're having ethical issues with Spotify, now might be the time to make a change. I'm not naive enough to assume Deezer is free from sin, but it'll do for now. They also have a one month free trial at the moment.

Thank you for coming to my Ted talk.

Sittin' in the mornin' sun
I'll be sittin' when the evenin' comes
Watching the planes not move
Then I watch 'em still not move again, yeah
I'm sittin' on the run of the way
Watchin' the planes stay in place, ooh
I'm just sittin' on the run of the way
Wastin' time

Shasta daisies always remind me of the school summer holidays here in Wales.

The 'common or garden' version that most people's granny would have in their gardens was practically everywhere when I was growing up.

And then those cruel breeders got hold of it and tortured it into nasty, malformed, and oddly coloured variants.

Yuck!

We have this absolute beast in our garden that proudly attains a lofty height of at least 5 ft tall.

The flowers stink to high heaven, but I love it anyway!

😊

👉 It's Friday...

👉 It's 5 o'clock...

👉 It's CRACKERJACK! 🥬🍇

Do kids have those sorts of things these days?

I remember Saturday morning TV...
BBC1
8am cartoons
8:30 New Adventures of Lois & Clark
9:15 Going Live! with Philip Schofield & Sarah Greene

CBBC every afternoon on BBC1 with children's film on Friday's... I miss Philip from his days in the broom cupboard with Gordon the Gopher.

Feeling bit nostalgic for 2 minutes... Fortunately remembering the better times tonight. Makes a change! 😊
